Finding opportunity in conflict

About Us

Aviva Jones

As a middle child in a large family, I have often said that it was inevitable that I would become a mediator. My parents were adventurous pioneers with entrepreneurial spirit, and I was lucky to grow up in the Peace Region. I have been a business owner my entire adult life. I am a passionate learner, and have focused my studies on justice, law, leadership, public engagement, facilitation, and alternative dispute resolution. I work with families, industry, government, municipalities, and First Nations to navigate difficult relationships and develop solutions. I believe that conflict can be a catalyst for growth and innovation.
